Cancellation Policy: A full refund less $50.00 U.S. administrative fee per room if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival. A refund of 50% (less $50.00 U.S. administrative fee) if cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival. No refund if 45 days or less. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation with no exceptions.

Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee room reservations. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 45 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is due upon booking to confirm the reservation.
