"Man vs. Wild" White Water Kayaking

You've probably seen it on TV and you've dreamt of trying it... well, now you can, although no TV crew will be following you.   This is a new and exciting Belize kayaking package, staying three nights in the Belize Jungles kayaking for three days, learning survival skills in the jungle and sleeping in tents by river banks. 

This all inclusive Belize package is based on 7 nights/8 days, being 4nts in civilized and 3nts in wild.

Day 1: Arrival in Belize, domestic flight Belize to Placencia.  Overnight at Laru Beya Resort. Dinner.

Day 2: Breakfast, Full Day Snorkel tour at Belize Barrier Reef.  Snorkel gear included.   Packed Lunch and Dinner.

Day 3: Breakfast, The adventure begins:  you will meet your guide at mid morning where you will drive for 1.5 hours to Maya Mopan Village.   You will hike for 4-5 hours to "sale si puedes" meaning "get out if you can" where you will set up your tent by the river bank.   The guide will set up bonfire and cook for you.  Some booze will be provided but its best you bring your own "Belizean whiskey" along.  You will then retire for the night after some Belizean story telling.

Day 4: Breakfast,  you will kayak downstream for about 4-5 hours, kayaking through majestic canyons (up to 2 thousand feet on each side).  Lunch will be in between kayaking.  After the first day of kayaking, you will arrive at "Double Falls" where you will camp for the night.  Again, bonfire, story-telling and a chance to swim under the star!   Retire for the night as another day awaits you.

Day 5: Breakfast,  kayak again for 4-5 hours to "Stoppers Fall" where you will spend the night.    At this point, you will go into your survival skill mode.  You will do night hiking to get a close encounter with creatures of the night.  Share stories, booze and retire for the night!

Day 6: Breakfast, This is your last day in the wild; you will kayak for the last 4-5 hours to Red Bank Village where our driver will meet you.  You will then drive from there back to your little slice of paradise at Laru Beya!  Dinner.

Day 7:    Breakfast,  relax on the beach, by the pool or sign up for a massage (additional) Or explore Placencia Village and see why we call this place "home".  Dinner.

Day 8:   Breakfast and drop off at Placencia Airstrip for departure.
